PROCESS EQUIPMENT DESIGN

Our scope includes:

  • Design of the process engineering concept, including overall equipment layout and functionality

  • Preparation, review, and approval of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

  • Preparation and approval of Equipment Technical Specifications (ETS)

  • Development of Component Lists and Bills of Materials (BoM), including equipment, mechanical piping, and E&I systems

  • Review of vendor transmittals and tie-in points both on drawings and on site

  • Coordination and technical discussions with vendors to ensure design compliance and constructability

  • Generation of 3D designs and mechanical drawings for equipment and associated systems

  • Preparation and approval of Functional Design Specifications (FDS)

  • Project management support to oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with facility requirements
